The Tribunals Courts and Enforcements ACT 2007

Peter Mooney, Senior Partner of County Bailiff Company was commissioned by the Law Society to co-author the book entitled Enforcement and Debt Recovery, A Guide to the New Law, as well as contributing to Property Insolvency, published by Jordans.

The new law will abolish Distress for Rent and replace it with a new regime of Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) this is expected to come into effect in 2013.
